Suraksha’s recruitment process is managed through an efficient Recruitment Management System. Our HRD conducts 3-stage recruitment process, beginning with a solid identification of assessing whom to hire and complete the on-board process in a quick flow:
Screening
It is considered to be a very important step in the total hiring process. The HRD finds for the right candidate profile with matching skills and capabilities. Assessment
Once you apply through our website, our screening team would go through your profile and if matched with our criteria, may contact you for the first round of validation. We may also decide to conduct a telephonic interview with prior discussed schedule with the candidate.
Selection
For post screening and assessment, Suraksha’s HR would welcome a candidate to Suraksha office to finalise appointment process. The final interviews are conducted at three – four standard stages –
- HR Interviews (This is optional as per requirement)
- Functional Interviews with Divisional Head
- Spot interviews for Technicians and Phlebotomists
- Executive and Senior Management level interviews to check the cultural fit.
Appointment
The next obvious step is to extend the job offer and welcome the selected candidate onboard on being selected. Our HRD performs the background check and finalises the compensation benefits with the candidate. Thereafter, a written offer letter with details on package is mailed to the candidate and an official acceptance or decline of the offer is awaited within a stipulated time. Once the offer is received by the candidate, he/she is welcomed on-board to initiate the induction process.
Induction
Suraksha’s induction programme welcomes new employees and orients them to the Company’s objectives, culture, ethics and values in order to generate commitment towards Suraksha’s vision and mission. The programme broadly covers the following:
- Getting to know each other and breaking the ice
- Company history, its services, modus operandi, geographical spread, major operations, management heads and the department heads
- Structure of each department and its functions in general
- Company policies, practices, objectives and regulations that will be applicable to all employees within the organisation
- Employee policies, benefits and recreation services, including governing hours of work and over-time, safety and accident prevention, holidays and vacations, methods of reporting, tardiness and absenteeism
- Discipline handling and grievance procedure for employees
- Terms of service, amenities and welfare facilities for recreation of employees
