Members of our management team have experience in the healthcare industry, and, under their leadership over the last several years, we have grown rapidly and increased both the productivity and efficiency of our network.

We organize training sessions for our employees on an ongoing basis. We have established a learning and development team inside our Company which is in charge of planning, organizing and carrying out learning and development activities across the organization. As part of our training programs for our employees, we arrange inductions on their joining, initial role training sessions followed by on-the-job training. Their specific needs are also supported by developmental training based on feedback collected by the human resources department. In addition, employees are also required to attend safety training sessions. We also involve manufacturers of the radiology and laboratory equipment and instruments during the training to ensure the comprehensiveness of the training.
